Maintenance Terms and Conditions

Introduction

 

  • These Terms and Conditions govern the enrolment and participation in the D&A Valeting Maintenance program. By enrolling in the program, clients agree to abide by these Terms and acknowledge their understanding of the benefits, obligations, and responsibilities outlined herein.

Program Eligibility

 

  • To qualify for the Maintenance program, clients must first complete a full-detail service at the standard rate.
  • Once a vehicle is complete, clients vehicles will have photos taken and uploaded to social media for marketing purposes and or damage control, clients have to notify us prior to the detail being completed If they do not wish for them to be uploaded.
  • Once the initial full-detail service is completed, clients may opt into the Maintenance program and receive the benefits of reduced pricing on subsequent maintenance detailing services.
  • Clients must comply with all program requirements to remain enrolled and retain eligibility for ongoing benefits.

Maintenance Schedule and Frequency

 

  • Maintenance detailing must be scheduled and completed within a 4-6 week interval after the initial full-detail service.
  • Failure to maintain the required interval (i.e., exceeding 6 weeks between maintenance services) will result in the termination of Program eligibility. Clients who miss this window must complete a new full-detail service at the standard rate to re-enter the Program.
  • Clients must complete at least two consecutive maintenance details to regain eligibility for program benefits, including discounts and add-ons. 

Program Termination

 

 

  • Failure to adhere to the required maintenance schedule (i.e., missing the 4-6 week interval)
  • Repeated cancellations or rescheduling without proper notice
  • Once removed from the program, the client must complete a full-detail service at the standard rate to re-enrol, and they will lose access to prior benefits.

Liability and Responsibility

 

  • D&A VALETING  is not liable for pre-existing conditions, damages, or issues within the vehicle that were present prior to the detailing service. Clients are advised to notify D&A VALETING of any special care requirements or concerns prior to the service.
  • In the event of any accidents, damage, or loss during detailing, D&A VALETING will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and, if applicable, provide compensation in accordance with the terms of service.

Amendments to Terms

 

  D&A VALETING reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients prior to their next scheduled service.

Continued participation in the Program after any changes to these Terms will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms
